We know how hard it has been for everyone in lockdown, especially those who can't get out on the grass with a football at their feet and be with their friends.
RTB want to help all these Girls and Boys through this difficult time by providing a 45 min session online EVERY FRIDAY FREE which will be delivered by Ex England International Amanda Barr.
All you have to do is book through our website to secure your place, bring yourself, a ball and some cones (if you have them) and join us on Zoom.
This session will cover all different aspects of the game such as ball mastery, speed agility and quickness, strength and power and lastly core stability, along with the chance to ask any questions to a Ex International each week.
We can't wait to see you all each Friday.
